Return & Refund Policy
 

At Oxaan International Trade SL, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. You may contact us at info@oxaan.com or support@oxaan.com within 90 days of delivery. Returned items are subject to inspection and must be in a resellable condition. Items returned after the 90-day period will not be eligible for a refund and may be discarded or donated.

We fully accept returns for items that were shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit.

Our goal is to make the Return, Refund, and Exchange process as easy and seamless as possible for you.

Note: If the item is out of stock or if payment for the order has not been received, feel free to place a new order unless otherwise advised. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this practice, which is necessary to maintain our fast order processing system.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Free return shipping is not provided. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and without any markings or stickers on the packaging) condition, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items, and instruction manuals included. For your protection, the merchandise must be insured for the full purchase value and securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

As a general rule, items should be returned in the same condition as they were received, with all original contents.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized orders. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we suspect abuse of the return policy (such as returning products on multiple occasions), we reserve the right to refuse a return.

Please note that all SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, regardless of the purchase date.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued once the returned merchandise is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed and provide details regarding the refund or store credit.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for products that do not meet the return criteria or if the return request is received more than 48 hours after delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot refund any fees imposed by third-party entities, such as shipping or customs fees.

Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to process. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (minus shipping and restocking fees).

PS: We offer full refunds for orders canceled due to item unavailability or requests made before the order has been processed for shipment.

RESTOCKING FEES

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted.

EXCHANGES IN CASE OF SHIPPING DAMAGE

If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. Please contact us within 2 days to submit proof of the damage. No exceptions. Items returned due to shipping damage may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Oxaan International Trade SL.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@oxaan.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Pack the merchandise securely using the original packaging. We do not accept Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments. Follow our instructions for shipping via UPS or USPS with delivery notification.
  3. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. The merchandise remains your property until it reaches our warehouse, and we are not responsible for any damages during shipping.

You will receive a notification once the return has been processed. All returns are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND LOST PACKAGES

Inspect merchandise upon delivery. If you detect any visible damage or missing items, refuse the package. Contact us immediately if damage has occurred. All claims are processed within 2 weeks of initiation.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed at our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the order, mark the package as Return to Sender and refuse delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos

En Oxaan International Trade SL, nos esforzamos por garantizar que esté completamente satisfecho con su compra. Sin embargo, entendemos que a veces un producto no cumple con sus expectativas. Puede contactarnos en info@oxaan.com o support@oxaan.com dentro de los 90 días posteriores a la entrega. Los artículos devueltos están sujetos a inspección y deben estar en condiciones revendibles. Los artículos devueltos después del período de 90 días no serán elegibles para un reembolso y pueden ser desechados o donados.

Aceptamos devoluciones de productos enviados incorrectamente o dañados en tránsito.

Nota: Si el artículo está agotado o si no se ha recibido el pago del pedido, no dude en crear un nuevo pedido, a menos que se le indique lo contrario. Lamentamos las molestias que esta práctica pueda causar.

CONDICIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN

No proporcionamos envío gratuito para devoluciones. Los artículos deben ser devueltos en condiciones NUEVAS (sin usar, sin probar y sin marcas en el empaque), en el empaque original, con todos los accesorios, componentes del kit y manuales de instrucciones. La mercancía debe estar asegurada por su valor total y embalada de manera segura para evitar daños.

No aceptamos devoluciones o cambios en pedidos personalizados. Los costos de envío de la devolución son responsabilidad del cliente.

Todos los artículos en OFERTA son finales y no se pueden devolver.

POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS

El reembolso se emitirá una vez que la mercancía devuelta sea recibida, inspeccionada y confirmada en condiciones aceptables. Le notificaremos por correo electrónico una vez procesado el reembolso.

Los reembolsos suelen tardar entre 1 y 2 semanas. El reembolso se acreditará a su método de pago original (menos costos de envío y tarifas de reposición).

TARIFAS DE REPOSICIÓN

Se aplicará una tarifa de reposición del 20% en todas las devoluciones.

CAMBIOS

No aceptamos cambios.

INSTRUCCIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN Y CAMBIO

Para devolver o cambiar un artículo, siga estos pasos:

  1. Contacte con info@oxaan.com para obtener un número de Autorización de Devolución (RMA). Las devoluciones sin RMA no serán aceptadas.
  2. Empaque el artículo con el material original de empaque.
  3. Asegure el paquete por el valor total de la mercancía.

Recibirá una notificación una vez que la devolución haya sido procesada.
