Dolmas
An Eastern Mediterranean traditional favorite, made with tender leaves, whole grain rice, pine nuts, currants and aromatic herbs. The filling is always sautéed before stuffing the leaves resulting in genuine home-cooked flavor. Dolmas make an excellent appetizer, snack or meal accompaniment.
