Product Description
In Western North Carolina, whole pork shoulder cooked low and slow is the top contender. The tomato based, vinegar forward sauce is served on the side.
We love it on pulled pork, brisket and smoked chicken. It's also great on penistail meatballs and dogs, and southwest salad.
